1. Order Processing Time
All confirmed customer orders will undergo systematic verification, manual product inspection and sealed packaging within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and Hong Kong SAR public holidays. Our team strictly checks bag fabrics, stitching details and hardware accessories to ensure all items are flawless before outbound arrangement.
Processing schedules may be moderately prolonged during major promotional campaigns, seasonal shopping booms and holiday peak periods due to spiking order volume. We will issue official email alerts promptly to inform customers of any notable or long-lasting order delays.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping fees are dynamically calculated based on parcel volume, gross weight and final shipping region. All shipping expenses will be fully displayed on the checkout page prior to payment submission, ensuring complete pricing transparency.

All listed delivery durations are reference estimates and not guaranteed arrival deadlines. 3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
Once your bag order completes all pre-shipment inspections and is officially dispatched, you will receive an automated shipment confirmation email containing your exclusive tracking number and official logistics inquiry links.
Logistics tracking data will not update instantly after dispatch. System data synchronization usually takes 24–48 hours, after which real-time parcel transit status and delivery progress can be normally queried.
4. Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Customers shall take full responsibility for double-checking and confirming the accuracy, completeness and deliverability of the shipping address, postal code and recipient contact information during checkout.
CHI WAI CHAN assumes no liability for misdelivery, delivery failure or parcel returns caused by wrong, missing or invalid address information provided by customers. Any parcel returned to our warehouse due to address errors will incur additional reshipping fees, which shall be borne solely by the customer for secondary delivery.
5. Lost or Damaged Packages
Lost Packages:
If your parcel is confirmed missing or completely untraceable during cross-border transit, please submit a support ticket with your valid order number within 7 days after the scheduled delivery date. We will cooperate with official logistics carriers to launch a full investigation and follow up on solutions actively.
Damaged Items:
If your bag products arrive with fabric scratches, deformed hardware, broken accessories or damaged outer packaging, please contact our after-sales team within 48 hours of receipt. Clear, unedited photos of both defective products and complete original packaging are required for official verification. We will assess each case individually and provide proper solutions in the shortest possible time.
6. Bag Care and Usage Notice
Each fashion bag is equipped with targeted care instructions matching its material characteristics. Correct daily use, regular cleaning and proper storage can effectively avoid premature wear, fading and deformation, greatly extending the service life of your bags.
CHI WAI CHAN is exempt from liability for product damage, wear, deformation and accessory failure caused by artificial misuse, excessive load bearing, violent collision, improper cleaning methods and unauthorized product modification.
7. International Shipping and Customs Notice
All cross-border international shipments may be subject to import duties, clearance taxes and other administrative fees in accordance with the trade policies and customs regulations of the destination country. All such additional charges are the customer’s exclusive responsibility and are not included in product unit prices or standard shipping fees.
